Are your installations guaranteed?
Yes. All our installations come with a 1-year workmanship guarantee, supported by full public liability insurance and official manufacturer product warranties.
Can you bring samples directly to my home or office?
Yes. During your free site survey, we bring a wide selection of physical carpet, LVT, and flooring samples so you can evaluate colors and textures directly in your space.

Which Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) brands do you supply?
We are proud stockists and certified installers of the industry’s two leading LVT names: Amtico and Karndean Designflooring, along with other high-grade commercial and residential ranges.
What is the difference between LVT and traditional laminate?
LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) is 100% waterproof, softer underfoot, exceptionally quiet, and can be laid in intricate patterns (like Herringbone and Parquet). Laminate offers an affordable, highly scratch-resistant alternative that replicates real wood timber.
Do you supply both commercial and residential carpets?
Yes. Our residential collection ranges from deep-pile Saxony and natural wool twists to bleach-cleanable family carpets. For commercial clients, we supply and fit heavy-duty broadloom carpets and modular carpet tile systems.
Is LVT flooring compatible with underfloor heating systems?
Yes. Most LVT products from Amtico and Karndean are fully compatible with embedded underfloor heating systems up to standard operating temperatures of 27°C.
Preparation & Installation
Do I need to prepare my subfloor before installation?
No. Our experienced fitters assess your subfloor during the free survey and handle all necessary preparation, including latex self-levelling screeding, marine-grade ply-boarding, and damp-proof membrane (DPM) applications.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most residential rooms can be prepped and fitted within a single day. Commercial timelines vary by scale, but we offer out-of-hours, evening, and weekend fitting to minimise disruption to your business operations.
Do you move furniture and uplift old flooring?
Yes. We can arrange for the uplift and responsible disposal of your old carpet or flooring, as well as assistance with moving heavy furniture. Please mention this during your initial consultation so we can include it in your quote.
What should I do to prepare my space on the day of fitting?
We ask that small breakable items, ornaments, and electronics are cleared from the work area. Our team will take care of subfloor prep, underlay fitting, and final clean-up.
